Job Coaching

One-on-one instruction to help consumers learn job task and to adjust to the work environment. JC will work with consumer to learn job tasks, develop natural peer and environmental supports, assist consumer in adjusting to the work site, increase work tolerances, provide encouragement and support, serve as a liaison between the employer and consumer, and assist the consumer in requesting reasonable accommodations when necessary.  Coaching may occur on or off site.
