Our true asset is a satisfied customer and to achieve this we focus on providing incomparable service to achieve optimal outcomes. Quality outcomes are guided by input and focus on effectiveness, efficiency, service access, and satisfaction of individuals receiving services and the other stakeholders. Each year an outcome management report with an improvement plan is drafted to provide direction for Capabilities.
